• 2. Client Responsibilities & Confidentiality: Clients agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of any dedicated access links, portal credentials, or verbal PINs provided. Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination.

• 3. Intellectual Property: All content, software architecture, text, graphics, and logos associated with Lexorex LLC are the exclusive property of the company and protected by applicable copyright laws.

• 4. Limitation of Liability: Lexorex LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or third-party telecommunications bottlenecks during live interpretation sessions.
